What it solves
If you've ever pasted a page of contacts, a scraped webpage, or an exported document into a spreadsheet only to manually hunt for email addresses buried in the text, this tool automates that. Paste any block of text and it pulls out every valid email address, deduplicated, one per line โ ready to copy into a CRM, mailing list, or spreadsheet.
Why shorten a URL
Long URLs โ especially ones with tracking parameters, session IDs, or deep folder paths โ are awkward to share verbally, paste into character-limited fields, or print on physical materials. A short link is easier to read, share, and remember, and also cleaner when paired with a QR code (see our QR Code Generator).
What to keep in mind when sharing short links
Short links hide the destination โ this is convenient but also exactly what makes shortened URLs a common phishing tactic. Only click short links from senders you trust, and consider previewing the destination first when in doubt.Check link expiration/persistence โ some shorteners expire links after a period of inactivity; if you need a link to work indefinitely (e.g., printed on packaging), confirm the service's retention policy.
Use short links for tracking campaign performance by creating separate short links per channel (email vs. social vs. print) to see which drives more clicks, if your shortener supports click analytics.
